WHY IT MATTERS

Your Time Creates Real Change in Brampton

Amit’s campaign is entirely powered by people who care about their community. There are no big special interests — just neighbours helping neighbours build a better Ward 1 & 5.

Amplify Your Voice

Volunteering means your values and priorities get heard — not just on election day, but every day of the campaign.

Meet Your Neighbours

Canvassing and events connect you with residents across Ward 1 & 5 who share your vision for a stronger Brampton.

Flexible Commitment

Give as little as two hours or as much as you like. Every bit of help — big or small — makes a measurable difference.

Be Part of History

Help elect community-first leadership that reflects the real values of Ward 1 & 5 families and residents.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Volunteer FAQ

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. Every volunteer gets a short orientation and all the tools they need. Enthusiasm and a willingness to help are the only requirements.

How much time do I need to commit?

As much or as little as you can give. Even two hours a week makes a real difference. There are no minimum hour requirements — every bit of help counts.

Do I have to live in Ward 1 or 5?

Not for most roles. Canvassing and sign hosting are Ward 1 & 5 focused, but phone banking, social media, and translation support can be done from anywhere in Brampton.

Is there a cost to volunteer?

No. Volunteering is completely free. If you canvass or attend events, any out-of-pocket expenses are discussed in advance with the campaign team.

Can I volunteer as a group or family?

Absolutely — group canvassing is especially welcomed. Families, friends, community groups, and religious organizations are all encouraged to volunteer together.

What if I signed up but my schedule changed?

No problem at all. Life happens. Just contact the team at team.amitdutta@gmail.com or call +1 365 306 1033 and we will find something that works for you.

ONE MORE WAY TO HELP

Can’t Volunteer Right Now?

That’s completely okay. You can still make a big impact by donating to the campaign, sharing Amit’s page on social media, or simply talking to your neighbours about the election.

Spread the Word

One of the easiest things you can do — tell a friend, share a post, or mention Amit Dutta to someone in your neighbourhood. Word of mouth is powerful.
